Article 1: Scope of Application

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions conducted through the websites and digital platforms operated by AMH Companies, LLC and its subsidiaries (“the Company”). The term “Client” refers to any individual or legal entity who completes an order through our secure online payment systems or any alternative method accepted by the Company.

Article 1a: Age Requirement

The Company only permits Clients who are at least 16 years of age to purchase physical or digital products, and at least 18 years of age to purchase services such as coaching, consultations, workshops, or seminars. We do not knowingly collect or store information from individuals who do not meet these requirements. Any subscriber or customer who does not meet the stated age criteria may have their order canceled, refunded (only in applicable cases), and access revoked.

Article 2: Acceptance of Terms

Placing an order through any website affiliated with AMH Companies, LLC constitutes full acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Clients are responsible for reading these terms prior to purchase.

Article 3: Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. However, the price charged at the time of purchase will remain the price for that transaction.

Article 4: Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of order placement, including for any pre-orders. Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal. The Company does not store payment information and is not responsible for any security breaches of the payment provider. Accepted methods include valid credit or debit cards. International cards may be accepted at the discretion of the payment processor.

Article 5: Delivery of Digital Products

All digital products—including but not limited to courses, downloads, memberships, templates, and toolkits—are delivered electronically. Clients will receive access instructions via the email provided at the time of purchase. It is the Client’s responsibility to provide a valid email address. The Company is not liable for non-delivery due to spam filters, email errors, or system failures outside its control.

Article 6: No Refund Policy for Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final.Due to the nature of digital content, which is accessible immediately upon purchase, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to download or access the content, or dissatisfaction with the product.

If you experience technical issues accessing a product, please contact support@forathena.com for assistance. We are happy to resolve access issues but do not issue refunds once content has been delivered or accessed.

Article 7: Intellectual Property Rights

All content, downloads, materials, and services sold or provided are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. By purchasing, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized use of any part of the materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Article 8: Personal Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. By placing an order, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will never be sold or shared without consent, except as required by law or to fulfill your purchase. You may unsubscribe from communications at any time via the link provided in each email.

Article 9: Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMH Companies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to loss of income, business interruption, or data loss.

Article 10: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California, USA.
